These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website clackrepublic.in ("Site") and any purchase you make from Clack Republic ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or accessing the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order with us.

3. Products, Pricing & Availability

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices, product descriptions, and availability at any time without prior notice. Product images (including colour and finish) are for illustrative purposes; minor variations may occur.

4. Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is only confirmed once you receive an order confirmation from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability, in which case any payment already made will be refunded in full.

5. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay and its supported methods (UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets). We do not store your payment card or banking details on our own systems.

7. Returns & Refunds

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including the Clack Republic name, logo, text, graphics, and images — is owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written permission.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting unauthorised access to our systems, interfering with the Site's operation, or using the Site for any unlawful purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clack Republic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased, beyond the value of the order in question.

11. Grievance Redressal

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, any complaints or concerns may be directed to our grievance contact at clackrepublic@gmail.com. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within 30 days.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
