Every keyboard we sell is backed by a manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This page explains what's covered, for how long, and how to make a claim.
Warranty Period
- Keyboard (mainboard, keys, switches, PCB): 1 year from the date of delivery.
- Battery: 6 months from the date of delivery. Batteries are a consumable component and their capacity naturally degrades with charge cycles over time — this is expected wear, not a defect.
What's Covered
The warranty covers manufacturing defects that appear under normal use — for example, a switch or key that stops registering, a connectivity fault (Bluetooth/2.4GHz/wired) not caused by external interference, or a PCB fault.
What's Not Covered
- Physical damage caused by drops, spills, or misuse after delivery
- Damage from unauthorized repairs, modifications, or opening the case
- Normal wear and tear (keycap shine, switch feel changing over heavy use, battery capacity loss)
- Damage caused by using the keyboard with incompatible or third-party accessories
- Cosmetic issues that don't affect function, reported after the 7-day delivery inspection window (see our Return & Refund Policy)
How to Make a Warranty Claim
- Contact us on WhatsApp with your order number and a description of the issue.
- Share clear photos or a video showing the fault.
- If the claim is approved, we'll guide you through sending the keyboard back to us for inspection and repair or replacement.
Return shipping for an approved warranty claim is the customer's responsibility, both ways. We'll confirm turnaround time once we've inspected the unit.
For damage or defects found immediately on unboxing a brand-new order, see our Return & Refund Policy instead — that process has a stricter, faster path but requires an unboxing video.
